Improve your communication and presentation skills – Part 1

October 6 | 13:00 – 17:00| BioPartner 5

As a scientist, technician, or project manager, it’s not easy to present your scientific results to customers while representing a commercial company. Finding the right balance between science and business is crucial.

How can you effectively sell the science while meeting customer expectations and aligning with your company’s goals? How can you build stronger customer relationships that lead to new opportunities?

In this training, you will practice and develop your skills for effective presentation and communication.

During the training, you will learn the basic principles of communication, message delivery, and building rapport with your audience. By understanding these principles, you will improve your ability to present efficiently.

The training is divided into two sessions, covering the following modules:

i) Basic principles of communication and presentation.

ii) Communication techniques, including body language, voice intonation, and the power of words.

iii) Managing customer expectations and creating empathy.
